We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and service addresses, and information you submit through website forms, email, telephone, or other communications. This may include details about your property, pest concerns, inspection requests, and service preferences.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that support our business, including website hosting, customer management, appointment scheduling, communications, payment processing, analytics, and advertising services. These providers receive information needed for the services they perform, subject to applicable agreements and law.

We may also disclose information when required by law or valid legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of GoPest, our customers, or others; at your direction; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Our website uses basic cookies, tags, and analytics to support website functions and understand site views.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website features. Browser settings may not control every tracking technology or information already collected. Where a website consent or privacy preference tool is available, you can use it to manage the choices offered.

Email and text messages

Email. You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. We may continue to send account, billing, appointment, and other service communications.

Text messages. GoPest’s SMS programs will require enrollment before program messages are sent. If you enroll, we use your number and consent records to provide the messages described during enrollment. Enrollment in marketing texts is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency and opt-out instructions will be provided during enrollment, and message and data rates may apply.

Submitting a contact form or providing a telephone number does not by itself constitute consent to receive automated marketing texts.
